As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.
If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 3 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at wearvetchi@gmail.com with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and We will contact you within 24 hours and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product.
Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping, when the corrected product is delivered to you.
Vetchi reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
